What statistics do you need to start measuring your teams productivity? It’s not the easiest thing to measure. Do you start with tasks completed, x amount sales or hours worked? It’s not that black-and-white, it’s not that straightforward, and methods have got to vary depending on the industry.
Not to worry, when we built Crugo we had a very simple mission:
to increase productivity by streamlining business communications and organising your team more efficiently.
Here is everything you need to know regarding our network statistics feature, which will allow you to keep on top of your team and individual work colleagues.
If you have a Creator or Admin privilege within your Crugo team, you will be able to look into the network statistics. Network statistics provide a full breakdown of the teams/ individuals performance throughout the working day/month. Network statistics can be very useful to make sure your team are working efficiently and effectively.
To access the network statistics you will need to be either an Admin or Creator of the company and will need to click the drop-down arrow next to your username and company name.
You will then be directed to the Network Statistics page which looks like this:
Let’s take a closer look at what each section means allowing you to navigate the dashboard with ease.
As you can see at the top of the dashboard a long bar with individual avatars and the button All. By clicking on each avatar, you will be able to see their personal statistics. If you click on All, you can see the statistics as a team.
The first section of the network statistics is the user stats, this will show you how many active users you have on your Crugo network, how many guest users you have and how many invites are currently pending.
The group’s section shows you how many open, and private groups have been created within your network. The same applies if you select an individual, it will show you how many open/private groups they participate in.
The messages section will show you a total number of messages sent within your network by all users. If an individual is selected, it will show you how many messages that specific individual has sent.
The tasks section will show you the total number of tasks within your Crugo network. This will show a total of all tasks that have been completed , tasks that are in progress or tasks that are still to be completed. Again if an individual is selected, it will show you specific statistics in regards to how many tasks they have to complete.
The calendar events section will show you a total number of calendar events created within the Crugo calendars. It divides them into how many public, personal or private events have been created. When an individual is selected, this number will be specific to that user.
Each Crugo user receives 100GB of data storage. The storage section shows you how much space you have utilised out of the total storage space available.
Crugo’s network statistics will put certain stats into a table, so you can see what has been completed on a specific day. For messages sent across the company, you will be shown a breakdown of how many messages were sent within an open, private or direct conversation. Again, if you select an individual, you can see their unique statistics.
The company file uploaded section will show where uploads have come from on a specific day. Also, whether a file has been uploaded to a public, private or direct group, or if it has been uploaded into your own personal file tab. You can also select an individual view.
The Company tasks section will show you how many tasks are in progress, to do or completed. This will give you a breakdown of each day throughout the week. Statistics are also available for individuals.
Company calendar events will show a complete breakdown of each calendar event within the platform on each specific day. Again this can be seen for all individuals.
The activity tab will show you your daily and weekly activity. If you click on the individual’s avatar, you can also see their activity statistics.
