Do you need to tackle your task lists? You’re completely overwhelmed with tasks, and they are coming from every direction. Some are small, and some are pretty significant. Some are urgent and others not due for another month. Some aren’t even for you and need to be passed on to work colleagues. How can you keep on top of all this information and how can you track the deadlines?
Wouldn’t it be great if you could have a view of all your tasks? Wouldn’t it be even better if you could see which ones were to do, in progress and done throughout your whole team? Maybe something like the image below?
On Crugo you can take advantage of our shared tasks feature you can assign tasks to yourself, to your work colleagues as well as set deadlines and add attachments to individual tasks. If you want to add a priority level, that’s very simple too. When you create a new task, just click on the NONE box next to the X and choose how important the task is from Urgent, High and Low.
Also, if you head up to the navigation bar on Crugo at the top and click Tasks, you’ll be able to see tasks assigned to you along with your private task list. Here you can see them filtered via Overdue, Due To Today, Due This Week and Upcoming.
Last but not least, if you’re an admin user, you can now view other users list of tasks on the assigned to you page. Making sure you keep on top of your team.
